This is my go-to sweet tooth snack when I want something that fuels me and soothes me.
It’s a simple formula with things you can have on hand.

1-2 tsp of chia seeds
1-2 tsp of hemp seeds
Drizzle of honey or maple syrup
Add yogurt to a bowl. Add berries on top, then nuts, and finally chia and hemp

TIPS + VARIATIONS
I love Cabot whole milk greek yogurt from Walmart!
Swap for a dairy-free option if you’re dairy sensitive.
I love frozen fruit (it’s simple!) and use fresh fruit when I’ve got it on hand.
